Collecting your order
When you receive your ready for collection email, we provide you with a QR code and instructions on where your QR code can be found to receive your order at a Takealot Pickup Point within 7 days.
Track my collection order
We will notify when your order is ready for collection based on the estimated collection date provided when we confirm your payment. You are able to track your order by logging into your account and selecting Track Order.
Changing my delivery method or selected Takealot pickup point
On select orders, we may be able to change your order from collect to delivery. If you want to request a change from collect to delivery, please contact us.
Why is collection not available for my order?
Certain items are not available for collection due to the size or weight and may need to be delivered to your home or business address.
